The first of Five Aztec Suns was ruled by a deity, not anthropomorphic but animal; the most successful, revered and mysterious predator on two continents – the Jaguar. The Jaguar’s spotted pelt is often compared to the wonderful constellations of the evening sky. Those for whom Jaguar is a nahualli can find tremendous reserves within themselves, if they have the courage to look into the darkness.
